Where can I find my package or tracking information?
Due to security reasons we no longer provide tracking information, that being said you can always reach out to our support team if you have a question about the status of your order. If it’s been more than 10 business days we can tell you exactly where your package is. Don’t worry, we will always guarantee that your package will be delivered.
My order went through but I didn’t receive a confirmation—what should I do?
Double check your spam folder, often times confirmation emails get lost in there. In the rare instance where it’s not there, you can always reach out to us via email to check on your order status. (shop@kits4less.com) You can also use the “Order Status” page on our Help Center.
How should I store my gear, and for how long?
Anabolics and powdered form peptides should be stored in a cool dark environment away from direct sunlight. Peptides and HGH once reconstituted with water should be stored in the refrigerator. Avoid freezing your products.
How do I reconstitute my product, and how much water do I need?
For HGH we recommend 1ml per 10IU of HGH to ensure the product fully dissolves. For peptides, it depends entirely on your desired concentration.
Our Dosage Calculator on the website makes it easy to figure out how much bacteriostatic water to add and how to draw your desired dose on a syringe.
When will a product be back in stock?
We try to restock popular products within 1-2 weeks, although depending on availability and recent shortages, some products may take longer.
You can go on the product page of out-of-stock products and enter your email address to sign up for restock notifications for OOS products. This is highly recommended because our inventory can sell very fast, with some restocks only lasting a few days.
Can I get help planning or adjusting my cycle?
We can give you broad, general advice, but we would recommend consulting a coach or online forums like SteroidSourceTalk.
Why is my coupon failing or not stacking correctly?
Generally speaking, coupon codes do not stack, you’re limited to one promotion per order. Some products, like bundles are often excluded from discounts.

What are the differences between your HGH kits?
The main difference comes down to the amount of IU per vial. The higher IU kits are more convenient for people who run higher doses (5 IU+ per day). They are also more cost-effective, as they have a lower price per IU.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mainly bitcoin, but most major cryptocurrencies are accepted, if you’d like to use one you don’t see an option for at checkout, please email us.
Where can I find current coupons, promos, and sales?
Subscribe to our email list (bottom right corner) or select the check box at checkout. A vast majority of our sales and promos we only send out via email.
How do I submit a product review?

How do I view the lab report for a particular batch?
You can view the test reports for particular products in the particular products photo gallery, or the quality control page on our website. Recent batches may be pending testing.
Has my order been shipped?
If your order was marked as “completed”, typically this means a label has been generated and your order is scheduled to go out that day or the next.
“Processing” status orders have not been shipped, processing means payment has been confirmed successfully.
Don’t hesitate to reach out regarding the status of your order.
What should I do if there’s a shipping issue or a missing product in my order?
If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. All claims must be accompanied by a photo of the original packaging and contents exactly as received.
We cannot honor any claims made after this 24-hour window, including requests for refunds, reshipments, or store credit.
We also highly recommend that you take pictures of the packaging before you open up the contents of your box, which includes the outside of the box, the inside of the box with all contents, before opening the sealed package within the box.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accuracy for all customers and to prevent abuse of our system.
I forgot an Apartment number and my package was returned, what now?
Unfortunately we do not provide reships for incorrect addresses.
In the VERY rare instance that a package is lost in transit, we will reship your order free of charge.
Do you ship Internationally? What about FPO addresses & PO Boxes?
All orders are shipped from the USA to all 50 US states.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally or to military FPO addresses. The only exception is wholesale orders.
PO boxes are 100% fine.
Instances when we don't reship or refund
We are happy to help when USPS loses a package in transit (confirmed via tracking).
However, we cannot offer free reships or refunds in the following cases:
Package returned to sender due to customer error:
Incorrect or Incomplete Address, missing apartment/suite/unit number, typos or wrong ZIP code.
Undeliverable:
The address doesn’t exist, is incorrect, unavailable, inaccessible, or violates USPS formatting rules.
Addressee unknown:
No one by that name lives at the address and the carrier or resident marks it as such.
Refused packages:
Customer refused delivery for any reason
Unclaimed:
The package wasn’t picked up within the holding period (usually 15 days at the post office).
